Cargospot PayCargo interface enhanced; now collects handling and flight charges

A recent enhancement allows airlines to collect flight charges through the service, allowing them to reach new customers beyond CASS. The service can also help airlines collect money faster, by having their GSAs use PayCargo as the settlement method.
